Maybe we're not at the bottom :-(

Charlie's having a rough go right now. He had a pretty good episode that their not sure if it was a seizure or more posturing (lasted about 20 min.). Either way it is more pronounced than before. His heart rate is sky high but they are working on that, and his fontanelle is much more full than it has been today indicating increased cranial pressure (bad). Another bummer, his Art. line clotted so if things mellow out here he'll get the pleasure of having another on inserted later tonight. Thanks to Teya, Tom Vernon, the girls from A's work and Kiplyn's Richard for understanding why we weren't so cordial while they came to visit. Keep praying, things are a bit stressed. Again thanks for the comments and support it has been a rare bright spot today.

We are checking Charlie's updates every few hours and continue to pray for all of you.
I do believe that as the "guardian angel" assignments were being made, Rose & Mark pushed their way to the front of the line and said, "Back off! thats one of our boys; we're handling this one!"
we love you all,

Guys - really sorry to hear of the rough day for you and Charlie. Just when you feel the rope come to your side a bit, a sudden tug back. Stay strong, Charlie has an army of faith with a good hold on his end - and we're all pulling hard. We'll be praying for a better day tomorrow, a day with more steps forward than back. - steve m

Charlie and family,

You are all in our prayers. Let Grandma Cheryl know Valley View is just fine - Peggy is in charge.

Charlie, you're a lucky, brave and amazing little guy surrounded by love and faith. We pray you will keep fighting.

My heart just aches for you guys. There is no feeling that compares to seeing your own child in the hospital. We remember all too well. We are still praying for all of you, and will of course be there Friday, after all these houses, we've got to be able to contribute something. We truly believe kids who go through hard things in their lives have something special to teach us. We will keep praying and hoping tomorrow is a better day.

well, jane & sammy have been pretty pissed off all day. i think they know their best bud isn't feeling so hot. we've gotta fix that right away...
on a serious note, i had to go to a visiting teaching conference and i didn;t want to go at all. but as i was there and they were talking about having a heart like the Lord's i felt the sprirt so intensly. they had the words to a sorta dorky song and i just cried like a baby...
i believe there are angels among us, sent down to us from somewhere up above. they come to you and me in our darkest hour, show us how to live, teach us how to give, to guide us with the light of love.
i know charlie's angels are hanging out with him right now... can you imagine the conversation mark, rose, gammy, doris, and britton are having? :)
and today i have talked to so many or rob and a's angels. they are surrounding you and they love you so much and i love them for it. and i love you guys too...

We love you Charlie, Angel, and Robbie! I wish I could express my feelings as eloquently as so many others who visit this site but I was not blessed with that gift... You mean so much to so many people. That is apparent as I read all these comments. Keep hanging on... tie a knot and hold on.... love you guys.

Rob Ang and boys- We just wanted to let you know we are thinking of you each and every day during this trial in your life. Our house is just not the same with out Brit and little smiley Coop and we cant wait to see his smiley face again. Forget about the house the neighbor boys tried to help out tonight and the marshmellow fire got out of hand and consumed the house. Sorry but you said you were nearing burnout. We did save the new TV's...actually they were consumed also or at least consumed until after the SuperBowl. We love you guys and pray for you continually. Bridger said to make sure we tell Brit HI and said he wants to play with his buddy again!
Love your new rowdy neighbors!

Angel and Rob,

Iam so sorry to hear of charlie's condition. I found out 12 hours ago and I have been trying to leave a comment to let you know I have been praying for you and Charlie. But because I am so computer illiterate I had to wait for Jake to help me. Please know that there are many in the ward to are also aware of your situtation and are praying for you.
Love,
LaRee Vander Toolen
