Up all Night...Sleep all day (What song is this?)

Last night was a little rough. He had a storm that lasted from 6:00 to 9:30 pm. He even soaked his entire bed from sweating so much. His fever was off and on throughout the night but came down with Tylenol. Dr. Osguthorpe came by this morning to let us know that they organism that grew in the broth from Saturday is the same one as before (staph). He feels it is a contaminant and he has recommended going ahead with surgery tomorrow. The surgery schedule will be set by 5:00 tonight. Both physical therapy and occupational therapy are going to tag team with Cooper in the gym later this afternoon. I'll get more pictures if I can.
When it rains it pours. Currently our friends are in the isolation pod with their daughter Jada and Rob’s cousin Tera is in the ER with her family. I think we may need to buy stock in IHC because there is no shortage of need for this hospital. Tera and Randy and their two children were in a car accident this morning with both of their children in the car. Aunt Beth just stopped by to tell me they are doing fine. I don’t know many details except that they were driving up a hill and drove into some fog and then spun and may have tipped over. They brought the children to the ER here and checked them out and they are fine due to being strapped into the carseat. I am relieved they are safe.

Bad things DO come in 3's, so it should mean no more. I hope. I am sorry for everyone who is injured, sick, etc. I am happy T's kids are alright, I know that can be a nerve racking event. (Been in many car accidents myself... don't worry, only one was my fault, and that was almost 12 years ago.)

I'll pray for everything to go well tomorrow.

Love,
Jamie

PS: I believe you are refering to KISS singing "I want to Rock and Roll all night, and Party Everyday!"

Wow! That's really all I have to say about that..... But, I will say you might need to join Char on his night owl sleep pattern and rest in the day so you can get some rest too! Love and prayers to you, Chilton's, and your cousins.

Angel- Up all night sleep all day is the chorus of a song, by the same name, by a late eighties early nineties hair band called Slaughter. Good luck to Charlie tomorrow. I am sure he will do great and he is so lucky to have such a wonderful family looking out for him.

ang,

Thanks for your concern. Tera & Randy and kids are okay a little banged up. they hit a piece of black ice they think and the truck they were in did roll at least once. They are not sure how many times. they all some scratches and bruses but they are going to be ok.
You are in our prayers as Char heads into surgery tomorrow. i know that he is being watched over and is in good hands.
We also have extended our prayers to include Jada and her family.
May the Lord bless you and Chiltons with the faith and the energy needed to go forward and face the challenges that are before you.
We love you

Rod & Deirdre

You, Rob, Britt, Charlie, your families, and doctors are being watched, guided, and buoyed up by the strength of God. I have no doubt about that. Keep holding on, and seek the comfort of the Spirit, because He is there for you. I'm thankful to you, and grateful to be considered part of your support team. Much love and prayers....
